7FigureDocs ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data when you visit playbook.7figureos.com or download The 2026 7FigureDocs Playbook.
What We Collect
When you opt in to download the playbook or book a free Compliance + Funnel Audit, we collect:
- Email address (required, for delivering the playbook and follow-up content)
- First name (optional, for personalization)
- Practice / specialty / ad spend tier (optional, only collected via the qualifier quiz on the thank-you page)
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and page-interaction events captured by Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and our own server logs
We do not collect or knowingly process Protected Health Information (PHI) on this funnel. This is a B2B marketing site for medical practice owners — not a patient-intake tool. If you accidentally submit PHI through any form here, contact us at privacy@7figures.co and we will delete it.
How We Use It

- To send a weekly case study or new tactic email (you can unsubscribe at any time, one click)
- To follow up if you book a Compliance + Funnel Audit
- To measure traffic, conversion rates, and content performance — so we can improve what we publish
- To run retargeting ads on Meta and Google to people who've shown interest in the playbook
Who We Share It With
We work with the following categories of vendors, each under a written data-processing agreement:
- Email service provider — to deliver and unsubscribe-track our emails
- CRM platform — to track your interactions with our sales team if you book an audit
- Analytics + ad platforms — Meta and Google, for measurement and retargeting (server-side Conversions API where available)
- Cloud hosting — Vercel, for serving this website
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information. We do not share your data with any third party for their independent marketing purposes.
Cookies & Tracking
We use first-party cookies for analytics and third-party pixels (Meta, Google) for measurement and retargeting. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some functionality (like remembering you've already opted in) may not work without them.
Your Rights

We keep your contact data for as long as you're subscribed to our emails or actively engaging with our content. If you unsubscribe and have no open engagement, we'll archive your record after 24 months and delete it on request.
